Complaints

This page explains how to make a complaint about Mokly.

Mokly is provided by Calum Moore Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09018453 and registered office at 26 John Hogan V C Road, Manchester, England, M40 7QU.

1. How to complain

You do not need to use legal language or put the word “complaint” in your message. If your message clearly says that you are dissatisfied with Mokly and want a response, we will treat it as a complaint.

2. What to include

Please include:

• your name and Mokly account email, if you have an account;
• the organization, project, repository or publication involved;
• what happened and when;
• whether the issue concerns access, GitHub, publishing, security, privacy, support or another part of Mokly;
• the outcome you would like; and
• any screenshots, references or messages that may help us investigate.

Do not send magic links, session cookies, publishing tokens, GitHub credentials or other secrets. If the complaint concerns a possible vulnerability, follow the reporting guidance on our Security page.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly where practical, investigate it fairly and explain the outcome, any action we will take and your next options. We may ask for more information or need to coordinate with a provider such as GitHub, Google Cloud, Cloudflare or Postmark.

For a data-protection complaint, we will acknowledge it within 30 days. We will investigate without undue delay, keep you informed about its progress and tell you the outcome when the investigation is complete.

4. Privacy complaints

Start by contacting us so we can investigate. If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data or respond to a privacy complaint, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The ICO is the UK’s data-protection regulator.

5. Other disputes

Our Terms of Service explain the law that governs the service and how disputes are handled. Contacting us about a complaint does not remove any right or remedy available to you under applicable law.
